HER Story

Jane “Goldie” Winn, MSS — is a certified life coach, bestselling author, and passionate inspirational speaker whose life’s work has been devoted to helping women in their most vulnerable moments. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1993 from the prestigious Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. After earning her degree, Goldie began her career as a therapist in a faith-based private practice before transitioning in 1997 to the role of Client Services Director at a pregnancy resource center in Bryn Mawr, PA. Recognized for her outstanding reputation and compassionate approach, she was personally invited by the Executive Director to take on this leadership role.

In 2011, Goldie and her husband relocated to Florida, where she continued her mission-driven work at a pregnancy resource center in Palm Beach County. There, she provided counseling for post-abortive women and later served as a Client Advocate, offering guidance and unwavering support to women facing critical decisions about their pregnancies. Drawing from her own lived experience, Goldie brings a deep level of empathy and understanding, creating a safe and supportive space for those in need.

In 1970, Goldie made the heartbreaking decision to have a second-trimester abortion, a choice that shaped her journey of deep pain, healing, and ultimate redemption. Refusing to let her past define her, she has since dedicated her life to walking alongside women facing the same crossroads, reminding them they are not alone. Through her speaking, writing, coaching and counseling she continues to inspire women to embrace their own journeys of healing and transformation. Her story is one of resilience, redemption, and unwavering faith—a testament that no matter the past, healing is possible, and every woman deserves hope.

Her powerful memoir, Rainbow in the Night: A Journey of Redemption (2019), touched hearts so profoundly that it inspired a compelling documentary of the same name—garnering multiple prestigious award nominations. Rainbow in the Night: A Journey of Redemption is now in national and international distribution with Vision Video and is available on several streaming platforms.
